Tommoro Robotics has appointed Sangwook Park, formerly an executive at Atinum Investment, as Co-CEO, establishing a joint leadership structure to accelerate its Physical AI business.
Park holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer engineering from Seoul National University. He worked at major IT companies including Samsung SDS, NHN, and Naver Financial before joining Atinum Investment in 2022. At Atinum, he led investment growth support, helping portfolio companies scale and strengthen their businesses through post-investment growth strategies.
The appointment builds on Park’s long-standing relationship with CEO Byoung-Tak Zhang, his master’s thesis advisor. Under the new structure, Zhang will focus on core technology research and development in connection with Seoul National University’s research laboratory. Park will oversee business expansion, company operations, investment, and fundraising strategy.
“We will strengthen both technical capability and business execution to lead in the Physical AI era, building on our software-focused AI expertise,” said Park. “I look forward to helping Tommoro Robotics grow into a global robot-intelligence company.”
