Tommoro Robotics signed a strategic agreement on December 11 with TXR Robotics, a Eugene Group company specializing in robotics and logistics automation, to advance industrial and collaborative robotics.
The partnership is part of a strategy to develop next-generation semi-humanoid capabilities by integrating Physical AI based on multimodal learning and reinforcement learning into TXR Robotics’ Random Piece Picking Robot. The collaboration aims to improve performance and the ability to handle irregular objects.
The companies plan to collaborate on AI-based vision and control research, data sharing, performance validation, and the development of new business models through proof-of-concept projects.
They will establish a technical working group and a regular collaboration framework, expanding their cooperation to strengthen their technology and competitiveness within the AI robotics ecosystem.
“This agreement will combine the strengths of TXR Robotics and Tommoro Robotics to accelerate practical commercialization,” said TXR Robotics CEO Inseop Eom. “It will mark a meaningful starting point for expanding into different industries and generating revenue.”
